The Indiana Department of Workforce Development offers many labor market information (LMI) publications and some Alien Certification forms and Unemployment Insurance tax forms via INFOFAX --- an automated fax-on-demand service.  This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  The phone number is 317 233-2658.  By using a touch-tone phone and following the voice prompts you may have up to 4 documents per call faxed to your fax machine.

On the first call (by following the instructions) you may have 4 possible catalogs faxed to you.  The labor market information catalog is an 8 page list of documents with their document numbers.  Once you have this list you may call again anytime and by entering the document number as instructed you can have a fax of that document (and more) in about three minutes.
